Trauma Resilient Communities Engagement Training

Crossnore Communities for Children is excited to partner with Lake Junaluska’s Theologian in Residence Program to bring its full 3-day Trauma Resilient Communities Engagement Training to Lake Junaluska this summer. Join us and learn how to become a more resilient and healing-centered faith community.

The workshop will be Monday-Wednesday, July 17-19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

Traning facilitators include Brett Loftis, JD – Crossnore CEO and CTRC Co-founder; Theologian in Residence at Lake Junaluska Meredith Martin, MDiv, MSW, LCSW – Vice President of Programs; and David McCorkle, LCSW – CTRC Co-founder and Faculty.

Other events during Crossnore’s time at the Lake include Sunday morning lakeside worship service, Bible study, and a screening and panel discussion of the film “Resilience.”
