Clean, beautiful mountain lake stay

The Terrace was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the location was excellent. The common areas were comfortable, especially the rocking chairs that overlook the lake…

Convenient and clean hotel

We stayed at The Terrace because it had a convenient location not far from the visitor center of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This was a good base to stay at while we explored the area, including the Great Smoky Mountains, Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The hotel and our room was incredibly clean…

Clean and Updated!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay, and I’d definitely stay here again. All the staff working here (from check out, cleaning staff, and in the dining area) were very friendly and helpful.
