Join us March 13-15 for the 2026 Peace Conference. Clergy and laity of all ages will gather to fellowship, dialogue and learn with renowned peacebuilders. Through three days of worship, plenaries, workshops, hands-on shalom experiences, film screenings, and fellowship, attendees will share strategies and hopes of how we, as people of faith, can build bridges of peace across political, theological, and social divides.
Through this year’s theme Disarming Hatred, participants will explore how to recognize and confront systems that perpetuate hatred and division and how to build practices that unite and strengthen our collective work across differences.
Learn from front-line peace practitioners how to put peace into action through hands-on workshop leaders who will teach us about skills, practices, and organizing that can heal and restore our communities.
Reserve your place today and invite friends and colleagues to join you. This event is planned and provided by the Western NC Conference of the United Methodist Church. All are invited and encouraged to come to this ecumenical event. ALL are welcome!
Scholarships for youth and young adults are also available as we commit to develop new leaders for sustainable peace building for generations to come.
