Take it easy this Thanksgiving and order your holiday meal for pick up from Lake Junaluska’s catering service.

Lake Junaluska’s catering service is offering two entrée packages with side dishes for eight people, available for pick up. Order one of each if you have a crowd coming.

Package #1 is a 12-14-pound uncooked, pre-seasoned turkey with rosemary turkey giblet gravy and side dishes for eight people for $180. The turkey will come in an aluminum pan with cooking instructions. Add extra servings for an additional cost.

Package #2 is a succulent herb-roasted prime rib (already cooked rare) with creamy horseradish sauce, au jus and side dishes for eight people for $220. The prime rib will come in an aluminum pan with reheating instructions. Add extra servings for an additional cost.

Each entree comes with an array of traditional Thanksgiving side dishes, two desserts and rolls, all of which will be pre-cooked and packaged in aluminum serving pans with reheating instructions. Serving sizes may be increased for an additional cost.

Side dishes include gravy, cranberry orange relish, buttermilk cornbread stuffing, brown butter Yukon mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, honey glazed carrots, green bean casserole, sweet yeast rolls, pecan pie and pumpkin pie.

Meals must be picked up between 9 a.m. and noon on Wednesday, Nov. 26, at York Dining Commons, 238 N. Lakeshore Drive.
