Join us by the campfire on Thursday, July 9, at 8 p.m. for storytelling and music that will leave you laughing with foot-tapping fun. We end the evening with marshmallow roasting and new friends. The fire pit is located just below Shackford Hall. Some seating is available but chairs are recommended.
About our storyteller:

Jennifer Armstrong is a singer, storyteller, fiddler, piper and poet living in Asheville, NC. She believes in the power of music and story to create connection, equality and joy. She has made her living as a performer and teacher of traditional music, story and dance for fifty years. Some highlights include being featured at the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough, TN, being interviewed on National Public Radio and creating 7 CDs and 2 children’s picture books. She is delighted to be traveling along with a song to sing, a tune to play and a story to tell.
What to Bring
