Dining at Lake Junaluska
During the conference, buffet-style meals will be served in The Terrace Hotel Dining Room and Lambuth Inn Dining Room. If you are staying at Lambuth Inn, all of your meals will be served at Lambuth Inn. If you are staying at other accommodations including The Terrace Hotel, your meals will be served at The Terrace Hotel Dining Room.
Pricing
Meals are $13 for breakfast, $16 for lunch, and $19 for dinner, plus tax and service fee of 10 percent. Meals are half-price for children ages 5-11 and free for children ages 4 and younger.
Your Reservation & Meal Tickets
Meal tickets will be included in your conference welcome packet at check in. If you do not have a lodging reservation at Lake Junlauska, you may pick up your meal tickets at Bethea Welcome Center. If you have a question about you reservation, please contact our reservations team at [email protected]. Please note the last date to make meal reservations for the 2023 conference is Friday, May 19, 2023.
Payment
If you are staying in Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center accommodations, your meals will be added to your existing Lake Junaluska reservation by providing your reservation number on this form. If you are staying at other accommodations, you will be able to pay online upon completing this form.
Completing the Online Reservation Form
- If you and any roommates, family members or traveling companions are selecting the same meals, you may submit one form.
- If you and your roommates, family members or traveling companions are selecting different meals, please submit forms individually.
By doing this it will help us ensure your meal plan tickets are properly created.
Reservation Updates & Refunds
Changes to your meal reservations can be made and full refunds issued up to 14 days before the conference. To request a change, email our reservations team at [email protected].
