Qigong for Energy and Vitality | Nourish Soul, Mind and Body

Join our Mindful Movement Qigong sessions from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. every Wednesday in July beneath the peaceful trees near the Prayer Labyrinth. Discover the gentle power of Qigong to support mental and emotional well-being, overall health and natural healing. All experience levels are welcome! Qigong classes are part of Lake Junaluska’s Summer Activities Program. Participants are invited to make a suggested donation of $15 to support this program.

About Your Qigong Facilitator, Marga Fripp

Marga Fripp is a certified Qigong teacher, trained expressive arts therapist and healing arts practitioner. She offers Qigong classes, expressive arts healing coaching, and creative self-care retreats both online and in person, empowering people to create healthy, joyful lives filled with meaning and purpose.

Marga is also a practicing artist with more than 30 years of experience as a nonprofit leader and social entrepreneur. She holds a Master of Arts in Expressive Arts Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Journalism, along with additional training in mindfulness and expressive arts for healing trauma survivors.
