Summer Storytelling by the Fire Pit
8 p.m. | Fire pit below Shackford Hall
Join us by the campfire Thursday evenings at 8 p.m. for storytelling and music that will leave you laughing with foot-tapping fun. We end the evening with marshmallow roasting and new friends. The fire pit is located just below Shackford Hall.

Mindful Movement Qigong | Nourish Soul, Mind and Body
9:30 a.m. Join our Mindful Movement Qigong sessions from 9:30-10:30 a.m. every Wednesday from April 29 -May 20 and July 8-29, under the trees near the Prayer Labyrinth. Discover the gentle power of qigong for enhanced mental and emotional wellness, overall health, and natural healing. All levels welcome. $15 per class.
Marga Fripp, a certified qigong teacher and healing arts practitioner, will lead outdoor qigong classes as part of Lake Junaluska’s Summer Activities Program.
Dance near the Prayer Labyrinth
Gather from 9:30-10:30 a.m. each Wednesday, Aug. 5-26, near the Prayer Labyrinth; led by Kristy Johnson; $15 per class.
Summer Yoga at Inspiration Point
Join Axis Yoga at 8 a.m. on summer Tuesdays and Thursdays from July 7-August 6. Axis Yoga is partnering with Lake Junaluska to bring relaxing morning yoga to Inspiration Point. You will need to bring your own mat and register online. You can also contact 828-337-3769 for more information.
